Welcome to ShipSync. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
ShipSync is a shipping management platform designed for TCGPlayer and eBay sellers. Our service allows you to:
- Import and process order data from TCGPlayer and eBay
- Convert orders to EasyPost CSV format for shipping label creation
- Track shipping expenses and revenue
- Analyze business performance with automated reporting
- Automate order processing workflows
2. Account Registration and Use
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Free Plan
The Free plan includes basic order processing and analytics features at no cost.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan ($9.99/month USD) includes:
- Advanced automation features
- Priority support
- Enhanced analytics and reporting
- Unlimited order processing
4. Payment and Billing Terms
Billing Cycle
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method $9.99 USD each month on the same day you initially subscribed, until you cancel your subscription.
Payment Processing via Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By using our paid services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payment Processing: All payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment details are never stored on ShipSync servers. For questions about payment security, please refer to Stripe's Security documentation.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your Pro subscription may be suspended or canceled. You will be notified via email if there are issues with your payment method.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will be automatically canceled in Stripe
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
Refund Policy
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period, but no refund is provided for the remaining days.

6. Data and Privacy
Your use of ShipSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to ShipSync, including order information, customer data, and business records. We claim no ownership over your content.
Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the data export feature.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. ShipSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
- Experience occasional downtime for updates or technical issues
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
8. Termination
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems (except billing records retained for legal compliance).
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the service in a way that harms others or the service
- Fail to pay for Pro subscription services
We will provide reasonable notice before termination when possible, except in cases of serious violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ShipSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- We are not liable for issues with third-party services (TCGPlayer, eBay, EasyPost, Stripe)
Important: ShipSync is a tool to assist with order processing. You are responsible for verifying all shipping information before creating labels. We are not liable for shipping errors, incorrect addresses, or lost packages.
10. Intellectual Property
ShipSync, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TCG-ShipSync. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
11. Third-Party Services
ShipSync integrates with third-party services including:
- TCGPlayer: For importing order data (you must comply with TCGPlayer's terms)
- eBay: For importing order data (you must comply with eBay's terms)
- EasyPost: For generating shipping labels (you must comply with EasyPost's terms)
- Stripe: For payment processing
We are not responsible for changes to, interruptions in, or termination of these third-party services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Your continued use of ShipSync after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts.
